They supplied us with necessities, including a universal adapter to keep my phone charged while waiting to hear about our luggage, but extended our stay into the weekend. They couldn't have been nicer."

"When checking in with a vehicle you only have 5 minutes to get in and hand your keys over due to parking issues. Staff will drive your car to a secure parking location for a minimal cost (valet). Room was clean, staff great. Room service was had as this was an option, otherwise book in to the Gnd Floor restaurant or find external options (plenty around). Great views, close to Salamanca markets and the wharfs/water."
