"I believe this property of the Residence Inn normally has great service. But during my stay, upon arrival I had to give my personal card info to the host as their computer system was down. Next the water went out and I couldn’t wash dishes in my suite as it wouldn’t drain. The laundry room was down (the washers). Trying to relax after being on the road for awhile, my needs were not meet as far as the standards of this hotel. I probably won’t be back"

"Fantastic view from our room and steps to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was only one frying pan and no other pots or pans so I was thankful we had brought one of our own. Otherwise kitchen had the basics needed to be able to cook. Good sized fridge was able to accommodate all of our drinks and food. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Be prepared if you stay more than one day, they do not come and clean your room, they do not keep you fresh towels until you come home late at night and realized they did not clean your room and give you fresh towels. Then at that point you have to go down to the lobby and ask for a new towels. "

"The room was nice and clean. All the staff I encountered were really helpful. I would give a higher rating but the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. Also, there was swim lessons going on while we were using the pool, which was ok but it meant that we couldn’t use part of the pool. "

"Our stay exceeded our expectations! The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed at check in to have a great stay regarding hot tubs and restaurants and bars. The room was extremely clean. The atmosphere here was so inviting and relaxing. My favorites were the parrots in the lobby and the indoor/outdoor heated pool—and the outside fire pit at the restaurant —-and the roof with two hot tubs and the relaxing pub!! So many wonderful things at this hotel!! ...

"It's off season, the staff was friendly and accommodating. No issue with parking because I do not think there were too many guests (mid-week, off season). The room was very comfortable, and clean. We stay here often. Very close to "downtown", and two blocks off boardwalk/beach. "

"Appreciate the bfast and carafes of water in rooms. Really like the layout of rooms and that everything is new/updated. The view from lobby is gorgeous. The shower water temperature was a bit tricky to modify. Parking was easy. "

"The pancake maker DID NOT work at breakfast. For our 2 night stay THEY HAD NO COFFEE (Only decaf, that comes out of a machine that looks like it would be for hot chocolate or something and nasty coffee) NO COFFEE in the rooms and NO COFFEE at the breakfast area ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! POOR MANAGEMENT! The room looks clean at first, but they need to mop the entire floor. Our socks were filthy after walking around in the room. Tub could use a good cleaning not just rinsed or wiped, has a ring around...
