"No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained."

The bed linens were supposed to be white but they were stained yellow, the floor was filthy, the connecting door to the room next door knob was broken off and you could see straight into the next room (which was occupied) so we had to hang a shirt over it for some privacy, the bathroom sink was clogged, there’s no parking options except paying for hourly street parking or paying $25 a night to park...
