After much conversation, were offered 1 room, never offered to "walk" us to another hotel nor provide a believable reason for why we were able to reserve if the rooms weren't actually avaliable and never notified of the issue until arrival. "Had a bit of trouble figuring out the virtual check-in process (I should've done it in advance) but once I got through that, everything was good. I do wish there were more options to leave luggage in a locked cubby after after checkout, since you lose access to the building after your checkout time, but the staff member that was there on Sunday was there until 4 pm and let me in. (This is mostly an issue for Sunday checkout since the restaurant is open late other days)"
