Overall I think this is a really nice hotel, especially having stayed in one of the other hotels in the area. Reviews of all the rest in the vicinity were pretty marginal, so that was a big factor in choosing the TownePlace Suites as they had much better reviews. My only complaint was the price for the room. It turned out to be over a hundred dollars more than any of the rest nearby. I felt it was a bit on the high side for a basic room. We were only there for one night, so didn’t utilize the mini-kitchen and maybe some folks would find that to be worth the extra cost. Anyway, we knew going in how much it would be, just can’t quite equate the cost for the area, but would probably stay there again.

Sound proofing not too great. Hotel staff were overworked and that isn’t their fault. However there was not much genuine warmth. Internet access was not explained. Please pay your staff more.
