"You cannot reserve a carpark place but we had no problem getting one whenever we returned after a day out. Room was great and even had a fan supplied for this hot spell food menu was good and our meals were great. Perfect base for visiting local area and lovely town and river walks for evening strolls."

"Room was adequate, the heated towel rail was on the other side of the bedroom wall so the bedroom was uncomfortably hot, even at night - but the wife preferred this. The bed was quite firm and a good size. It was difficult to view the TV screen from the settee on the back wall. Tea (Yorkshire) and coffees were plentiful - not so much biscuits. Full English, plus cereals, juice, toast and tea/coffee refills welcome."

The rooms were a little hot during the heatwave, even at night where the temperature outside was a good 10 degrees cooler than inside the room. Windows were not large enough to provide sufficient airflow I think The restaurant was not worth the price - there are plenty of fantastic, cheaper options in the nearby hathersage/hope area. "The room had a single wardrobe that was totally inadequate for our 5 night stay. The staff were very helpfull. The outdoor pool was very nice. The breakfast was very good but the management of the restaurant during breakfast is poor for a 5 star hotel."

"My wife & I stayed at the Beeley Inn last night, everything about the stay was really good from the check in, the outdoor drinking areas, the dinner and the breakfast. The room was not massive but it was absolutely fine. The staff were always very friendly and polite. Definitely worth another trip. The breakfast was superb."
