"The dehumidifier in the bathroom did not have a switch to turn on and off… imagine this blowing while you’re attempting to sleep. I visited the front desk multiple times to request that someone come in and shut it off to no avail. Outside of that the room was nice"

"Once the place to be, this place has seen better days. The pool was murky where we couldn’t see the bottom and had things floating on the top. Pooldeck waitstaff "

"The property is very pristine. Over 100 year old facility, beautiful old lodges, very scenic. The food at the restaurant was excellent. When we checked in, was given a set of room keys that did not fit the locks on the door. After reviewing the situation with the desk, I informed them that I wanted another room. The rooms were old by nature. but usable. I am not sure I would stay there again. "

"Room was clean and nicely appointed. Big bathroom, convenient kitchenette. Pool was clean with plenty of chairs and lounges. Being right on the oceanfront was very relaxing and convenient. "

"Stayed of the 5th floor, with a perfect view of beach for morning sunrises. The staff were welcoming and helpful. "

"Breakfast was ok, but I really enjoyed the omelette I got. Parking was a bit tight at first but not bad once I moved after check-in to a different entrance closer to our room. I didn't like how so many walkways were blocked or sectioned off. Also, there was a lot of teens running around, being loud and rowdy, without adult supervision. "

"I always equate Hilton with excellence. Sadly, this property needs some cosmetic upgrades. The room was certainly acceptable, but the bathroom needed help. Tub showers are rarely used. And the drain of this tub was appalling!! Shower curtains are nasty and it’s simply time to upgrade to a walk in shower. "
