This is an “old Florida” motel. The rooms were very clean and the people friendly. There is a food truck for lunch and music on the weekends. Beautiful property. Would definitely stay here again.

We found this lovely, out-of-the-way haven quite by chance during a busy Bike Week in Daytona. The peaceful, relaxed setting definitely won us over, and the friendly staff and guests were so welcoming. We really loved the retro vibe of the room and the property, something that's hard to find nowadays. It really is a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing and activities. I'd highly recommend it to those looking for a quiet and cozy spot to relax and enjoy the weather.

Our room was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The mattress on the bed was also very comfortable and linens were nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very nice stay on Christmas Day.

I absolutely love everything about it ! It truly brought back time how the original Fla used to be where everything isn’t manmade. It felt like home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The water view was so calming and beautiful. We enjoyed our quiet night surrounded the fire pits. The bed was comfortble. You could walk on the deck and watch the sunset. We didn’t go to the pool but my kids did they had fun and ,played basketball at the court. It was a good old fashioned fun ! Oh and there are grills avilable everywhere by the room and picnic table as well. I would definitely go back. Can’t wait for our next trip w we can grill up some steaks and use the pool !

Lovely, Relaxing Stay

We loved our stay at Tropical Resort. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our suite of clean and comfortable and it was nice to have a full-size frig and stove as I cooked several meals while we were there. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Can't wait to visit again.

the location of this property is pretty unique, family friendly and for those who wants to be in contact with nature's. it is a perfect place for staycation, long weekend scapes, etc. there is a train station and a pretty nice bar near. Roads leading to it in perfect conditions.
