"I had great stay"

"TV viewing was an issue. No access to terrestrial TV so no usual UK channels available ie BBC / ITV / CH4 / CH5 etc "

"Clean and nice, but nothing to around it. Breakfast was nice and there is a gym and a bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a wonderful health resort if they add a spa, sauna, etc. "

"Apart from reception, this pub is staffed entirely by untrained junior staff that want to leave you in no doubt that they don't want to be there. Room was not very clean, breakfast a poor show, and the decor beyond tired. Would have given it three stars though just simply because my evening meal was pleasant and the place is fantastic value for money - until I made the mistake of using the property's electric car chargers - DO NOT USE THEM! £25 for two hours and my charge rose 3%. "The room was super clean and welcoming. Very nice honesty bar with some well needed snacks. Lovely guest toiletries in bathroom and everything you would need to have a pleasant & welcoming stay. The breakfast staff were particularly helpful and kind. I will be back when next in the area. "

"The room was a good size and spotless, however, the walls are very thin and I was kept awake until 2am by two men talking moderately loudly in the room behind my room. Furthermore, the mattress Ned’s changing as it has two long depressions where occupants lay and a high ridge running the length of the bed. The tv was claimed to be ‘smart’ but was really dump, it struggled to get BBC1 and no streaming services were available. Very disappointing."

Overall a great couple of days , loved everything about this hotel , the staff go out of there way to help if needed . Will definitely recommend, and will definitely be back one day ,thank you ."
