"This hotel has rooms that actually stink. They smell like sweat and body odor. When told of this , the front staff shrugged and said no extra charge for the Odor and have a good day . Bath room filled up with water from defective shower . I asked for a wake up call and it never came. I was charged $100 upn check out for things only a thief could explain. DO NOT STAY THERE"

"My room was not ready at 5:37 pm have to take shower and dress up at the gym I have a graduation party At 06:30 pm Waiting in line 30 minutes to check in. A mess"

"Was very near to harbour and other amenities . The room was very clean and had everything you could require for a good stay . Ate here on one evening and the food was good and a 15 dollar discount per person, made it even better value . Was not the best location for public transport as seemed to require a mix of busses and subway to get anywhere ( or a reasonable walk - ok if no mobility issues). Would stay here again but felt the price point was quite high compared to others we stayed in whilst...

"The hotel was absolutely wonderful: it was very clean, the rooms were spacious, well-designed and comfortable, the view with beautiful yachts in the harbor was splendid, the breakfast had an impressive amount of options and was very well organized, and the staff were always helpful! We loved absolutely everything about this hotel! We truly enjoyed the people working there and the stylish ambiance!"
