Housekeeping never once came to clean our room—not even after multiple requests. Every morning, when I asked the main housekeeper for clean towels, I was told to “wait because they had a group in.” Eventually, I was made to bring our dirty towels into their laundry room myself, which is completely unacceptable—especially for guests managing a disability.
