Room was ok. Hot water barely worked, took several lukewarm showers. Our keys were deactivated on the first day of our stay, locling us out and forcing us to wait in a line to get keys reactivated. The room was clean. We did have an issue with the oven but it was quickly rectified. Didn’t interact with the staff much other than check-in, but they were friendly during that time.

Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek
Spacious and elegant room with a patio and a lovely in room library with a great selection of books. The staff was above and beyond helpful and courteous. Sunday Brunch was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

5 star - Super comfy bed , fab linens , towels and decorating Responsive nice employees Clean , beautiful decorated and modern Wouldn’t have minded an extra blanket in closet during this cold snap.
