Great stay and clean rooms
Better than I thought it would be, as someone who predominately stays in 4*star hotels and plus, this was a great comfortable stay. Very friendly staff and room service was amazing.

Good location downtown
Just a short transit stay. Dakar Airport is unfortunately completelybdeprived of near by accomodation . Cafe de Roume is a bit run down but is very conveniently located if you have any work downtown. The staff are friendly.

I didn’t like the room they gave me first as it was not the same room i booked on expedia but then they moved me to a room which was as seen on expedia but better

Wi-Fi not working. I Asked for Electric adaptor and was told go outside and buy one. No drinking water given in room. Staff OK. Location good.

Great hotel stay
The hotel was very comfortable and well positioned in the city. There's easy access to most places you need to get to in the city. Lots of amenities and restaurants in the area.

Staff gave us a great room with dining/conference room. Street noise from busy main road. Good downtown location. Smoke from casino downstairs seeping into room. Extremely accommodating staff made for a memorable stay.

Their room is very poor, you can see some insect in room 25. The fridge is totally broke and in a very bad condition. Only the restaurant was in a great condition.

Good location. Good breakfast. The room was clean and tidy. And there were sockets placed on each side of the bed, making it easier to charge devices. The only downside which was not really the fault of the hotel was that I had to call them when I landed in the airport as there was no one waiting for me as planned. This caused a delay of an hour plus.

The hotel is well presented in the images but they are misleading. I was put In horrible room the first 3 nights, so desapointing, when I complained I was giving another room that was better. THEY MADE ME PAY CITY TAX 2 TIMES, I DIDNT ARGUE IT WITH THEM. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED AND I WAS DESPOINTED WITH THE OVERALL SERVICE I RECEIVED AND THE WHOLE STAY WAS NOT PLEASANT. I HOPE THEY IMPROVE AND LEARN FROM THE RESTAURANT STAFF, THEY ARE KIND AND PROFESSIONAL.

Location was great.$185 for a 3 star hotel was exhorbitant. I booked for Jan 8-12 but was charged for dec 31 party/even. The tables in the rooms had water marks, the balcony was filthy with dirt.

Important to note that most of the staff on duty were friendly and very helpful. Security is 100% professional. However: 1. I was surprised to learn that wifi connectivity problems (causing me to miss friends' Xmas dinner invite via WhatsApp) were nothing new to the hotel staff, who acknowledged they've had many guest complaints but apparently didn't fix it, or alert guests about the wifi problem. 2. When other minor problems added up to warrant a conversation with the hotel manager - he was nowhere to be found over three days, and front desk staff said they had no contact information for him (he's new, they said). The manager's #2 was alerted, but when I was told that he - did - show up at hotel, he didn't seem to have time to follow up with me or leave a note. 3. Avoid the hotel restaurant waiter with heavy booze on his breath, as he wasn't sober enough to describe menu items and the wrong order come to my table. Laughable that when I called the waiter out for smelling like alcohol, he said it was coming from the next table - where two Lebanese men were drinking soda (!). Again, I was surprised that other hotel staff were already aware the waiter had a liquor problem. Hey - we all have problems, I don't want anyone to lose their job - maybe consider putting tipsy waiter in the kitchen or back office? Back to the positive: the hotel location is - perfect - and is very well secured. Housekeeping wonderful. Flexible checkout (well, the hotel was virtually empty for Christmas).

Terrible!!
The pictures on display are very misleading. The hotel looks fairly decent on the outside but the rooms are relatively below standards and the beds are very uncomfortable. The towels in the bathroom are very old and seem unclean. The hallways always stink. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

It was a decent stay. But checkout was horrible. They tried to make me pay for the hotel in cash. When I had already paid Hotels.com. I show them the confirmation emails. Eventually after 20 min of arguing. A gentleman came from the back. I showed him the emails and my bank account. He said email confirmation and you can go. But to go through that sucked. Security coming from everywhere treating you like you can't pay. But it wasn't bad up until that point.

The hotel is good but there are better ones nearby for the same price. Two big problems for me: 1. the wifi is a joke, almost impossible to use (see picture attached, 0.07 MBS speed has got to be the worse wifi in Senegal); 2. the staff don't seem to care, i.e. no service orientation. The receptionist spent a lot of time chatting to her friend in wolof and could care less for the guests. Too bad.

For your information, no rooms available on 17 th may inspite of confirm booking so I had a hard time to look for another hotel and waisted 2 hours to get a room in other hotel so I am not happy with services after booking and paying by credit card.
