"We have stayed here many times. This time was not up to par. The room felt damp and the carpet was very dirty. I could smell urine in the bathroom. The tub faucet leaked. The ceiling had terrible dust marks coming from the vent. The breakfast wasn’t stocked very quickly. We didn’t have a single towel upon arrival and waited hours to get some. Usually, thus hotel is fantastic."

"Most white towels bedsheet are actually kind of brown of different degreee. Bedsheets under pillow case have hairs. Bedsheets have black dots here and there. Staff were kind and immediately provided another sets but they are almost the same except for dryer than the humid ones on the beds. The first floor had a black bug crawling out and made my child screaming, the staff changed our room to the second floor, it is much better and the bedsheet is dryer as normal, but the water in the sink...

"The included morning breakfast was one of the best highlights of the stay, especially for a budget-hotel. The food was great, and included a waffle-maker which is rare but appreciated. The staff was very helpful and answered all our requested needs. The kids enjoyed the pool. The room was decent, again just right for a budget/business hotel."
