"Good location if you want to travel to the art and riverside.
Not nearby the city center.
U got to have the Line apps before checkin which is not very convenient.
But, the staff is very friendly.
It really needs to have more accessible communication services. Like sending the checkin password 2 days beforehand.
I was standing in front of the door for nearly 20 mins. "

"Good place to stay, nice location and beautiful lake view. Room is pretty clean even though the duvet is too thick. Breakfast is typically Taiwanese style.
Overall I think this hotel wins my five star rating."

"Combination of good location in front of the harbor, and good atmosphere of the industrial, cozy interiors. The rooms are carefully renoveted and well-equipped, especially the stylish bathtub. Close to the lightrail station and newly-opened shopping complex, I feel the hotel is of the best ways to enjoy Kaoshung’s recent urban redevelopment."

"Staying at this hotel made our trip even better.
The room condition was excellent, and we were assigned to the 10th floor, where the view was absolutely stunning.
All of the staff were very kind and helpful.
It was truly a wonderful hotel, and I would definitely stay here again in the future."
"Great hotel in Kaohsiung. Very convenient walk to the MRT (subway). The area around was quiet. Easy home base to explore around Kaohsiung with great value. Not much amenities to enjoy but not something we planned on needing or using. If you want a great value hotel, this is the place."
"An almost perfect hotel. We stayed here for four nights in November as a base to explore the city and surrounding area.
Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient, with a complimentary gift and local sweets offered on arrival. Service was excellent throughout our stay and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
The hotel is well located, right next to a Metro station and close to plenty of shops and restaurants.
Our room was modern, spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Complimentary water, drinks and snacks were provided in the room and restocked daily, as well as slippers and toiletries. The air conditioning was quiet and easy to use.
The rooftop bar and restaurant is a pleasant space with very good food. The hotel also offers complimentary food and drinks (including ice cream and beer) in the communal lounge each day. The range and quality was very impressive.
Noise was the only downside. While the hotel is generally quiet, the rooms are very close together and noise from other guests occasionally carried through. The doors slam shut which is really loud. This woke us up several times during our stay; something that could be mitigated with slow-closing doors. We also heard a lot of what sounded like furniture being moved around coming from the floor above.
Aside from the noise issues, the hotel is excellent and extremely good value for money. We would definitely stay again."
