"Large apartment hotel service. The check in process online is complicated as you need ID for all guests. Friendly staff. Breakfast a bit random with prepackaged hot items but actually not bad. Super Manc location. Would recommend. Note for hotel - bedrooms on the courtyard side need some form of airflow - gets too hot. "

"For the most part the staff were very helpful. I didn't the service received at the front desk/Reception area. I feel since they the first line of service at the hotel, it sets the tone of one's stay at the hotel. Unfortunately as result of that, I have no intentions of returning to the hotel."

"3 rooms booked, and the rooms were not provided and was turned away to go to another hotel as they was fully booked. I argued and then given rooms without no windows and very hot like a sauna. Please provide a refund as the reception said. "

"Dated rooms which could use some repainting etc. No main room light, only lamps which meant the room was quite dark. Thin walls meant that music and other activities in other rooms were audible. No room safe, no iron or ironing board (unsure if this would have been available on request). However, the staff were nice and the bed was comfy enough. The hotel was competitively priced but i’d recommend it solely for its location."
