"This property is super - IF you like funky and different. If you are expecting chain hotel kind of luxury, look elsewhere. Nice to have a human for check in and to find a hairdryer for me. The stay was too short stay; I’d do it again! It was a gorgeous spring day so the entire neighborhood was crowding the cafes. Lovely to dine among regulars, with fewer tourists."

"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"I was looking for an affordable, clean, private place to stay for one night that was within close walking distance to Milano Centrale train station and this place delivered exactly that! The shower was quite a tight squeeze but it got the job done so that’s all that matters. It was as expected for the price you pay. The office where you check in is across the street from the building where you stay, but the staff meets you there and personally shows you to your room so no worries in finding it....

"It was a good location, well connected and has restaurants and gelateria stone’s throw away. The market on Saturdays is a treat! Staff commented via WhatsApp, was responsive to text but didn’t pick up calls (we requested to deposit baggage before check in, agreed but didn’t pick up calls). Check in was smooth otherwise. Accomodating to leave luggages after check out. Clean and lovely space. However the fridge on the room was really whirring quite loudly otherwise managed a decent rest overall....

"The location was perfect, steps away from the main cathedral and galleria. The room was clean and large. My only issue is that someone tried to get in our room while we were sleeping at night and it really frightened us. The front desk ended up calling to explain that someone on staff attempted to enter our room by mistake, but as a women traveling with two teenage girls it was not a welcome intrusion. Other than that, they were courteous, arranged for our airport transfer, and the property...
