"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "Charming hotel in a beautiful location! Go for a room with a balcony overlooking the lake, you won't be disappointed. Staff were outstanding. Restaurant food was delicious, and accommodated me close to their closing time upon my late arrival. "

I have not met such a rude front desk manager in my travel over 25 countries .. rest of the staff is excellent and friendly ..I don’t know why owners have kept her there .. the property is beautiful ..food is excellent .. convinent to new travel .. right on the bus stop ..
