The rooms were small but very comfortable, quiet, with a spacious bathroom. Robes and slippers were provided and also a mini fridge. The room also had a small balcony with came in handy to sit out and feel the night air. The lake view is breathtaking and the breakfast was excellent! You don't want to miss it!. Also the staff was super friendly and most could communicate in English, but my French was pregood and got me through. I cant wait to come back with famand friends to show them this place and have them experience Hotel Seepark Thun.

Great hotel, including ebikes

This is a really nice hotel- big and modern bathrooms, nice bedrooms, excellent breakfast, ebikes for rent, etc. The pillows were way to soft/thin for us, but after requesting some help, the reception brought up different pillows for us that were great.

This is a great facility on beautiful grounds, right off the lake. The staff was super friendly and helpfull, especially for dinner, despite us not having a reservation, having just arrived. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Downside is that the rooms and beds are small (we are tall) and mattresses and pillows are not the best quality.

Wonderful staff. Property has been renovated completely. Spa is included and was wonderful. Easy parking. Loved being able to walk right out of hotel to lake and nearby park and city nearby.

We literally booked this hotel to use the spa after a long hike. When we arrive and go down, the whirlpool is out of order. It stayed like that for the two days we stayed. Not cool at all when this feature is so prominently shown to entice you to book. Won't probably come back...

This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？

Doppelzimmer sehr klein aber sauber, nur 2 Wasser in der Minibar. Das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei zusammen geschobenen Betten mit riesigem Spalt dazwischen. Matratzen und Kissen viel zu weich. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Wir wollten eigentlich in Ruhe im Hotel am See übernachten. Aber am Abend fand eine Party statt mit viel zu lauter Musik, die man bis in den 4. Stock hörte. Schade, wir waren früher oft in diesem Hotel als es noch der UBS angeschlossen war. Jetzt würden wir es nicht mehr empfehlen, für diesen Preis. Das Frühstück war früher auch besser. Die Eier für das scrambled egg hat kein Huhn gelegt, kamen wohl aus der Flasche und waren kalt. Kein Zopf am Sonntagmorgen um 9h vorhanden. Wellness haben wir nicht gemacht, da bereits einige Personen in Bademäntel im Hotel unterwegs waren.

Vier Stern Superior ist lediglich der Preis! Frühstücksbuffet um 07:31 war frisch aufgebaut und reichlich. Leider war das Fleisch, insbesondere der Salami, bereits völlig ausgedorrt. Somit wohl schon "ewig" aufgeschnitten. Es ist gross ausgeschrieben, dass die Bar täglich von 19:00 Uhr - 00:30 Uhr geöffnet ist. Samstagabend um 23:00 Uhr gab es nichts mehr an der Bar. Gasfreundschaft pur!

Ich wählte das Hotel, weil es einen Wellness Bereich hat, und die Wettervorhersage für Sonntag Nachmittag schlecht sein sollte. War viel zu früh beim Checkin, konnte aber mein Fahrzeug trotzdem in die Parkgarage stellen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Reception, wie auch die Bedienung an der Bar und im Restaurant. Ich fühlte mich wohl, und werde wieder einmal dort Übernachten, evtl. auch mehrere Tage.
