I mistakenly booked one night instead of two (thanks to hotels.com being confusing), and they worked to get me another night in the same room, even though someone else was booked for that room that day. Comfort was 3/5 because our room had just a door between an adjacent room. Sound wasn't really isolated at all, so privacy wasn't great."

"Overall our stay was great. The hotel is in a great location not too far from the beach and other activities and restaurants. There's actually a restaurant across the street from the hotel. The room looked nice and newly renovated. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the loud AC unit but the room temperature overall was fine. The hotel representative was friendly and informative about things to do in the area. We were also able to checkin a little earlier than expected which was great....
