"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. Das Bett war unbequem, da ein einfaches Holzbrett als Lattenrost diente und die Matratze extrem durchgelegen war. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Nach einer schlaflosen...

"This turned out to be an amazing place to stay, could not have been happier. Staff was so nice, room was spacious, clean, quiet, and a great bathroom. We ate in the restaurant and it was delicious. "First time in Morzine and had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Staff were all really friendly, the food was excellent (had dinner one night as well as breakfast everyday) and the pool, hot tub, games room etc. were all excellent. The room was clean and well specced out. Nice balcony overlooking the mountains and aircon was bliss. Definitely keen to return asap!"
