"This is not really a hotel. It ends up being more like an Airbnb. There is no one to receive you, and all access instructions are sent in writing. They also ask you to pay taxes online through an external link outside of Expedia, which feels unsafe and untrustworthy. In fact, you have to do it, otherwise they do not send the exact address or access instructions. It is basically a house converted into rooms, with a shared bathroom for everyone. At least it was clean."

"In Expedia it says 10 minutes to city center., it was actually 40 minutes, I had to take the taxi each way $60. I loved the staff, Julia, Adriana and Aurora were very nice and attentive they also spoke English.
