"Back for the 2nd time and loved our stay. Family room is really spacious for a family of 4. Location is good with grocery store and few food places nearby. Metro is 30 min walk or accessible by a bus right outside the hotel."

"This is a tiny hotel in the middle of bustling Southall. The rooms are also tiny, with barely enough room to open your suitcase. On the second floor with no elevator, just narrow stairs. But it was clean, the staff were friendly, the bed was confortable, and it’s in a fun authentic Indian neighborhood. Not luxurious, but an interesting experience."

"The attendant was very nice and helpful. The room was dirty with hair in the bed and on the floor. The shower was head was broken and the sink water smelled musty. Overall experience was a 2/10."

"Got a last minute booking, bare bones room with no window, so I wasn’t expecting too much. However the room was minuscule even for one person with luggage, and the shower/wet room soaked the entire “bathroom” (wet the toilet paper!). Better than sleeping rough, but zero amenities except for free wifi"

"The hotel is okay, staff is good but definitely not worth the price. The carpets are torn, the wallpaper is peeling off the walls, and the bathroom is not in good condition. Also, the room you book is often not the room you get. Very disappointing."

"We stayed here on transit from Heathrow with a day free, and this was a good option in terms of being in Hayes&Harlington allowing access to London and surrounding areas. The place is a slightly rundown converted street house, but the room was spacious and its reasonable value for money for the location. Be aware that the stairs to the rooms are narrow and steep (wasn’t a problem for us, but maybe for older people), the bed and pillows were extremely hard (again not a problem if you like a hard...
