"We stayed at one of the Signature Residences at Maui Banyan for a quick getaway and honestly wish we'd booked longer. Check-in was seamless — instructions arrived well before arrival and the keyless entry worked first try, which matters when you land late and just want to drop your bags. The unit itself is in great shape. Kitchen had everything we needed (good knives, real coffee maker, not the sad hotel-style stuff), the AC was quiet and cold, and the lanai caught the afternoon trade winds...

"The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around. Only Cons...

"Eva was great. We spoke a few times. She did have fresh fruit and breakfast items for us. The suite was comfortable. "

"Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there....

"Loved the location, amenities and staff! Everything was excellent. The only thing lacking is upgrades to the rooms. They are looking a bit tired, since most of your time is spent enjoying everything else outside, it’s not a major hurdle."

"This was a beautiful villa across the street from the grand wailea. Booking included full use of the resort, which was excellent. Included was a shuttle service with uber-like app that we could use to go anywhere within a 1 mile radius. This was a great stay"

"Great renovated rooms! Clean, love the decor. Only downside was there were only two drawers for storage. Would have been nice to have more. Recommend getting a room on 4th or 5th floor. Views were gorgeous!"

"If you are coming to Wailea region of Maui this is the hotel be. The hotel gorgeous, the rooms are spacious, the views are phenomenal, there is a coral reef right by the beach and the adult pool service is fantastic."
