"Excellent location, room has everything you need. Bed is comfortable but did not like pillow. That is only negative I have. I wish there is two types of pillow, soft and hard. Host can be reaches easily. Met us at the entrance of building. Breakfast is simple with tea or coffee with choice of croissants. I will stay again if I come to Naple again. I always stay in Hilton but there was none near this location and thus I gave try and it was good. "

"I thought that this was a hotel when booking via Expedia but it's actually more like an AirBnB. The location is very close to the Napoli Centrale station on Piazza Garibaldi. The lady who greeted me at check-in was lovely and incredibly helpful. I booked the room at the last minute (30 minutes before arrival) and she immediately got in touch to organise check-in. "It was a very spacious and very clean room of a guest house. They put a variety of snacks and hot&cold drinks in the room. It was a comfortable stay. Only drawback is when you come later than 7-8 pm, you need to pay late coming fee. But overall it is recommended!"
