"Meer dan perfect aangenaam verblijf. Gastheer was mega vriendelijk. Reageerd super snel via whatsapp en niets was te veel. Babage s morgens al kunnen brengen, gastheer ging zorgen dat de kamer klaar was (ver voor de check-in). Miesten hel enkel 15min voor we arriveerden een berichtje sturen. Kamer zeer proper en heel verzorgd. Prijzen mini-bar zeker niet overdreven. Bubbelbad was heerlijk na een hele dag wandelen."

"Es un gran lugar si llegas en tren a Napoles y decides recorrer Napoles y otros puntos. Tiene estacion de metro y puntos de parada de camión muy cerca. Solo el acceso hacia el piso de serendipity es con escaleras o un elevador muy reducido. Son solo dos pisos. No es tan grave pero si tienes una condición que te impide subir escaleras no es un lugar para ti."

"We had a beautiful suite at the hotel. All staff and guest services were exceptional. The downside is the location of the hotel. It is across the street from the main train terminal which unfortunately had a fair amount of homeless/beggars. There was a good police presence however the location took away from our experience of the hotel. The other challenge we had was the taxi services. "Very good stay. Location is convinient since it is close to Napoli Centrale and I was traveling wity elderlies via Train but besides seeing the common crazyness of Naples, the Hotel is very good. I only wish tye roff top was better equipped to service people, it has great potential and tge view is outstanding."

"Spacious, clean and comfortable room in a great location. This is more like a b&b than a hotel, and Fortuna was friendly, helpful and great to do deal with. Location is good; about a 15 minute walk to Napoli centrale train station, close to via tribunales, and lots of shops and restaurants. Despite being on a main Street, the shutters were very effective at blocking out street noise. "
