"It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer. It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. "I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location."

"There should be a door to the toilet/ shower not a shower curtain . "This apartment was in an amazing location, but to get the key its a bit of a hike. The drains in both our bathrooms didn't drain and ended up overflowing the shower. The glass door had been broken previously and a make shift curtain was used with zip ties. The place advertised for 5 people but only provided 4 shower towels. I used them to clean the overflow and did ask for more and why. The reply stated they would bring some by, but they never did. "

"I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone.
