Mold, cold and worn down

We had to get tjek-in informations 25 min from the rented apartment! Not very convenient. The apartment was far from the pictures. The apartment was with mold in the windows and on the wall, the heater was not on and the apartment was very kold, the furniture was worn down, the bed was dirty and the bathroom was without heater.

The location is close to the Temple Bar area with lots of food options and easy walking distance to many historic and cultural locations. Also within close walking distance to public transportation. However, make sure you bring someone who is able to carry any suitcases up and extremely 3 flights of stairs. If you stay on the first floor of rooms be prepared for a delightful musty smell that seeps into all your clothing and water stains on the walls. If there are residents upstairs then you probably won’t be sleeping in as the sound of thumping feet echoes excellently through the floors. Evening relaxation is unlikely unless you can do that to the sound of speedbags and heavy beets from the downstairs boxing gym. I definitely felt misled by the photos that are advertised. You would think they would at least separate them so people know what location they will be renting. It’s a place to sleep in a building with an entrance secured by a passcode.

St Patrick's Day

The location on Clarendon was amazing! I traveled with my three adult daughters and we were local to everything. The couch sofa bed was not the most comfortable and we could hear a lot of noise / construction from the street. Overall, however, it was a good place to stay and I would most likely stay again.

Das Apartment 5 war für unsere Gruppe von 5 Leuten genau richtig. Die Lage ist mitten im Leben der Altstadt. Das Apartment eignet sich sehr gut für ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Stadt. Es israllerdings nichtfür jeden geeignet da kein Aufzug vorhanden ist und man mit dem Gepäck rund 50 Stufe erklimmen muß. Das ist für sportliche Leute sicher kein Problem.

OK. But that's about it.

Great location. Tired apartment, badly fitted out. Absolutely bloody freezing when we arrived so turned all the heaters on, but not a comfortable start. Noise from the boxing gym downstairs from 7am or so was enough to wake you. Bed was comfy. Communication was all a bit last minute but was ok in the end. Typical noise from apartments above and to the side. There's just nothing like the sound of a bloke taking a leak first thing in the morning, in the apartment above having saved it up all night. Mr Niagra's prostate was healthy. Steep stairs at the entry.

Good appartment

Once we found the place, it was pretty good. The appartment was big enough to accomadate four adults, and it was well equiped. A few draw backs: I did not recieve my check in forms, that was a bit of a hassle. But that got sorted out. The appartment was cold when we got there, and aa few of the owens did not work. Overall it was a nice place, and I would stay here again.

Fabulous location—an easy 1 block walk to Grafton Street and in the center of copious shopping, food, and attractions! Loved having an apartment with a full kitchen and laundry. BUT, there was zero communication from property management prior to check in and the property is not marked and has no signage. Impossible to find without calling management, which is off-site with a hard-to-find phone number. We stayed in unit #6. The floors are awful (delaminating and damaged). The bathroom was grungy with a broken shower door that caused water to go everywhere and no shelf space to set travel bags. And the walls in the unit were stained and needed painting. Our friends stayed in unit #3 which was cleaner and nicer (but their couch was gross). I might stay here again because of the location, but would request unit 3 and be proactive in communicating with management ahead of time.

Spacious apartment, fantastic location. The space was clean and comfortable, if a little older. We stayed here during the hustle and bustle of Christmas shopping season and festivities, so the area had great energy. There are a few attractions within a 10-minute walk, as well as many pubs, restaurants, and high-end shops. Just be aware that there are steps to negotiate if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. There is a boxing gym below that can be noisy during the day, but it never was an issue for us. We liked using the app to unlock the door since we didn't have keys to worry about.
