"We had amazing time in the hotel"

"The shower didn't work. When we reported the problem the person at the desk said, "Oh, you have to pull the handle out and showed me instructions we'd never seen." Funny thing...the shower worked for one shower, but not the second one. Every time the toilet was used the tank lid had to be removed and the plumbing adjusted so the toilet would work for the next use. "

"I don't think this property is ready to be open. I have a feeling only a smattering of the rooms are done. The common area is great, the room was just meh. It took a FULL 5 minutes to get hot water to the shower (301 if the property is reading this). The HVAC was way insufficient for hot weather. The thermostat said 68 but there was no way on that. We keep our house at 73 and know the difference. The pet "potty place" was setup nice but had weeds on the border of the turf and concrete that were...

"We talked to Dennis for 6 months planning our stay. When we arrived, there was a note on the office door with a number to call. I called the number to find out, Dennis wasn't there, and wasn't going to be there at all for our stay. "Recently renovated and clean room. Appreciate they had almond milk for breakfast but would also like some healthier food options. Kids enjoyed the pool but be careful bc the white painted sides are slippery"

"King suite with kitchen was clean, well stocked with supplies like plates, cutting board, silverware, dish soap, & dishwashing detergent. Room size was impressive and comfortable for family if for traveling with a ton of luggage. Breakfast was good and lots of variety each day. Parking was ample and felt safe."
