My room smelt like human pee, bed only had a sheet on it, hard to use shower handle, bathroom doors didn’t shut, but even though the hotel was not the best the staff was great and very friendly.

The hotel looked clean walking in and the staff was pleasant at every interaction but the hotel itself was not. There was no hot water, so I had to take a cold shower at midnight and it didn't seem to be clean as I saw pubic hair on the shower wall. The blankets were thin and the pillows seam be really old. The breakfast only included boiled, prepackaged eggs and there were no waffles. The eggs and waffles is a stretch, I agree but the rest made us leave the hotel early and go to a Holiday Inn. It was twice the cost but 10 times a better experience.

Room wasnt what i had thought I paid for. You hear EVERYTHING inside and outside the room. Room needs a deep clean on the cushions. But pet friendly! The area sucks for homeless and trash. Property was clean despite that. Thanks.

The staff at check in were so nice and friendly. Great breakfast. The pool had a lot of leaves floating in it but that didn't bother me. One elevator was broken and I travel with a blind woman and we always request the same room on the second floor by the elevator - which was the one broken. The front desk kindly moved us close to the elevator that was working. The rooms aren't the best but you get what you pay for and I don't need a fancy room - just a comfortable one.

There was a lot of mix-up when we tried to check in. They stated they were overbooked and didn't have any rooms with two beds left. Even though we had made reservations over a week before we went. When we did get a room the room had not been cleaned completely. And the keys for that room didn't work at first and we had to go back down to the desk to get new keys. Then we went back down to the desk when the room wasn't clean and the manager was at the desk and put us in a different room that was clean. Although the room was clean the elevator was not very clean and the carpets were stained and needed replaced. The beds were comfortable and the room and the bathroom were nice and clean.
