"We were locked out of our room three times because the dead bolt moved enough to prevent the key card from unlocking the door. The lady at the front desk had to bring her "magic" card twice to release the lock. My wife went to the laundry when this happened. Luckily, I was in the room and opened the door. "The property was extremely rundown. The rooms were not as clean as they should’ve been so much so that we changed rooms. There were huge gaps underneath the doors. So much so that our room was close to the elevators and we heard the elevator bells all night long. The property overall was just rundown. I was disappointed in the sense that it was closed down to the downtown area. It should have been a really beautiful hotel. It just seems they have not put the time or money into upkeep."
