First of I wanted to do a late checkout since my flight was at 11pm but was told by the front desk that they had no availability. I was able to go on Expedia and found that there was available rooms. I can not imagine for the life of me why the front desk would have told me they had no available rooms. I ended up booking on Expedia for another day just so I don't have to wait at the airport from checkout time till my flight time. Secondly the sevice was really horrible, I was stopped at the entrance so they could verify I actually had a room in the hotel. I felt discriminated against either because I wasn't white or wearing a suit. I would most def not recommend this hotel and will not be lodging here again.

Someone spoke English ...thanks to Candice. Excellent ambiance, beautiful art, lots of seating in lobby. Accommodations for just hanging out at the bar , the pool, and beach location, and good food. Excellent location to the supermarket, museums, airport, and the local big market. The staff were all excellent and very polite.

Overpriced and bad service
The hotel had horrible internet. It was so bad that I always had to come downstair to work. It was such a mess. The services was bad, they were unhelpful with anything. An hotel as big as this didn't plan for one foreign socket in their room and were not helpful in anyway. It was an overpriced room.

When checking out the hotel management refused to include in the bill, the money I paid when I booked online, and only issue me receipt for food consumed. Their excuse is that I paid to Expedia not to them, hence, they are not responsible for issuing the receipt. Meanwhile they gave me room on the basis of the same payment, which I found contradictory. I liked the fact that, they picked me up from the airport and took me back. The room was clean and cozy. If you cannot get a room on 4th or 5th floor go for city view, which is cheaper. You enjoy the ocean view only when you are on higher floors, the view from the lower floors is partially blocked by the roof of the restaurant. The food was slightly off for me, it tastes flat and monotonous, and overtly expensive.

Hotel was just okay. Given the alternatives it is probably top 5 in the country but in terms of international standards, it’s really just okay. Breakfast isn’t worth the $20 either, wasn’t great.

It was a nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. WiFi was was good. If you want to print anything, don't do it from the hotel as it is 500 CFA per black and white page. However, this is not a knock against this hotel, this is the same rate for the four hotels I've stayed at in Cotonou.

It was a very good stay, the environment was peaceful as well. Beautiful ambience, just that the facility didn't have all they had on the Internet as advertised. Like there was no DVD and no hotel tour bus and no interpreter as we had challenges with language. Generally, it was a beautiful stay. I enjoyed the pool and the beach too, very peaceful place for a real getaway.

Ravi d'avoir passé un séjour dans un établissement hôtelier qui malgré les challenge qui existent sur le continent, continuent d'offrir après 25 ans un accueil et services 100% béninois (fon). L'offre qui s'étend sur plusieurs capitales Abidjan, Bamako et autres, allant jusqu'à la gamme 4 étoiles à un prix abordable incite à essayer les autres établissements. À bientôt 👍 !!!

Dans la salle de bain on dispose d'une petite serviette pour le visage et pour la douche!!! un hôtel 4 étoiles qui ne dispose pas de serviettes de bain!!!
