"The check in process could’ve been good if the door would’ve opened with no problem. After picking up the keys at the other location, it took us around 20 minutes to be able to open the door until someone had to approach and assist us. The next day we were also stuck for 10 minutes in the morning, perhaps locks need a replacement. We also found underwear that’s not us inside the laundry machine, The apartment itself was nice, small but pretty and it had all necessary stuff. Location is great...
