"Our initial room had mold all around the air conditioning vents - we called down to let them know and they immediately offered to change our room and upgrade us. The new upgraded room was gorgeous and had a great balcony and no mold!"

"The hotel is well located, directly in the old port of Marseille. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small, and ill equipped. For example, there are no irons in the room and turns out the hotel only has 3 in total. The washroom/showers are also quite small."

"The bathroom emitted a foul and unpleasant odor. There was really nothing staff could do. It seems to be a septic issue. I also found a dead spider in my bed, so the room was not throughly cleaned when they gave it me."
