"Room was clean Shower was easy to use. I missed more storage space in the bathroom Even added hooks on the door would help. Not enough hangers on the closet bar. No suitcase holder . Staff was well trained and extremely helpful. Especially Anna was very informative. We loved location. We did not have breakfast but it looked ok. Gym was very good Pool is not for swimming just standing. It is only 75 cm deep and tiny It should not pass category for pool. Beautiful rooftop bar. I would stay again"

"The property was beautiful but there were problems with the bathroom floor being very slippery when wet and the shower did not drain properly. Another issue was the plumbing noise whenever an upper floor flushed"

"Quaint hotel located in a good area to explore the city. Cute breakfast room and garden area for drinks. We had wine out there one night. Nice staff members. We happened to be there during a heat wave so room was really hot when we arrived and curtains closed to keep out the sun, so dark and stifling when we walked in. Wish the air was a little cooler, we had it on the lowest setting and were still warm. Breakfast was ok but yesterday when we arrived an hour before breakfast ended all of the tables were still dirty and there were few choices left. They ran out of mostly everything. Room was a little small but updated bathroom which was nice and great shower pressure. Would have liked one comfortable chair in the room but I guess there’s not much space for it. Overall it was a cute, old, European feel hotel. A few tweaks would have made it even better."

"It was absolutely delightful very clean. People were very friendly. My only concern and it wasn’t nothing to do with them was the language barrier I didn’t speak Portuguese very well, so it was hard to get through that but we found people that also spoke English so it turned out to be great so I really don’t have any complaints. I’d recommend this property to stay five star."

"Walking distance to airport is a plus since airport shuttle is not free (3 euros per person). We arrived very late at nite and found the check in to be quick. Breakfast is not complimentary either but it was better than buying at airport."
