"The staff was excellent. It was our anniversary and. special get away. I wrote to the GM prior to make sure we had a room with a view, I was very disappointed it was not provided. I had to talk to the manager who accommodated us but it was not available for FOUR days. Also we did not know about a Very Nice CLUB at the beach for several Days."

"The location was fabulous and the room was great. Recommend selecting a sea view room with a balcony, sunsets are amazing and having a place to relax any time of the day was essential. The breakfast was decent, many options to choose from, the staff is very attentive and the view is outstanding. Apertivs here should not be missed! "The hotel itself is decent, and our room was clean. However, several important details were not disclosed before booking, which left us disappointed. The main reason we chose this hotel over an Airbnb or a property in the city was because it is marketed as a beachfront resort with its own private beach. While it does have a section with loungers, they are not included for hotel guests and cost €25–30 per day. Considering the room rates, this felt excessive. If a hotel is advertised as a beach...

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen aus 3 mal täglich direkt mit dem Bus erreichbar, so das man nicht zwangsläufig ein Auto benötigt. "

"The property was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were on the smaller side but big enough and we had a sea view with a balcony which was gabulous. My favorite was the private beach which was beautiful with chairs and umbrellas without extra charge. We ate at all 3 restaurants and food was great! Only downside is it is isolated and taxis are impossible to get and expensive you definitely need to rent a car."

"The grounds were simply breathtaking. Its own private beaches with outstanding views. Quaint library room stocked with books, multiple cozy areas with plush couches all over the hotel where one can sit and relax, multiple dining areas, beautiful pools, delicious buffet breakfast, direct access to the marina walkway bringing you to multiple restaurants, cafes and shopping. "Property service was magnificent! Appreciate the attention upon arrival and treatment throughout my stay. The staff here are very helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing. Commuting was a little hassle due to two road that lead you to the hotel but once you tell the taxi to take you via the main road it’s no problem at all! Hotel really lives up to luxury and 5 star treatment great job!"
