"The junior suite is not fit for 4 adults, maybe 2 adults and 2 very small kids would be ok. The 2 twin beds are just small cots with mattresses. AC was running very poorly, so we had trouble sleeping."

"The hotel itself is decent, and our room was clean. However, several important details were not disclosed before booking, which left us disappointed.
The main reason we chose this hotel over an Airbnb or a property in the city was because it is marketed as a beachfront resort with its own private beach. "Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.
Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.
We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.
They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.
