The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. There's a trick to the hot water in the shower so just ask when checking in. Staff are great and try their best to communicate in english if your spanish is poor. Air conditioning works great. There is no elevator here so if you need assistance I would suggest a main floor request. This property is not wheelchair accessible. The walkability rating is an 8, you can get just about anywhere within 10 mins. I enjoyed my stay and would repeat.

Casa Emma was clean and cozy. The staff was so wonderful, especially Jesus! He was very helpful and friendly. Make sure to bring your own toiletries as the options are limited but they offer free coffee and a fruit plate. The beds are comfortable and the pool, although small, is nice and clean. Great place for the cost!

Casa Emma Hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean cosy and spacious and the pool was perfect to relax by. The staff were very friendly and accomodating! The building is beautiful and in the best location, a short walk to everything you need. Would highly recommend!

Had issues with the WiFi on my last night/day. It seems a very new establishment and not quite finished, work still going on. Nice enough room though and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful, just a shame about the WiFi as it affected the tv also

This property was very newly refurbished at the time of my stay. The bed was very comfortable, aircon efficient (much needed in the hot weather) and it's walking distance to most parts of the old town. Staff were extremely friendly too. I would definitely stay there again!

This is an incredible hotel - the staff is beyond helpful, and the location is in the middle of so many historic and cultural attractions. The hotel is very clean, the breakfasts were great, and both Kevin and Sandra went out of their way to answer questions, provide information and make recommendations. Our room was not huge, but it definitely was comfortable and provided us with AC, wifi, comfortable bathroom. We would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is very walkable to all areas. The AC was amazing during the hot days and nights and pool was great to cool off in. Wish it had a mini fridge but honestly can’t complain.
