"This apartment had one bedroom and two full bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, it was pretty nice. Very modern and clean. I would stay here again. It was about 15 minutes walking distance to the center of Palermo. We were able to find parking near the apartment, free parking. The host communicated well with us on whatsup with directions, he was attentive. When we arrived there was only a large bed for me, my wife, and my daughter. I asked about the bedding for my daughter, he said he did not fix the sofa for my teenage daughter because he was expecting my teenage daughter to sleep with us. This seemed like a silly excuse not to have a bed ready for her. I asked for an extra pillow, he said he did not have any. He insisted to charge me for 36 Euros in cash for city taxes, I asked to charge my credit card and charge me more to pay for extra fees, he refused with another silly excuse, I do not even remember what it was. He was polite, but he did not do anything extra to please or be nice to us. "

"Excellent hotel close to the city centre with its pedestrianised area and attractions. Traditional and comfortable. Cosy but freshly decorated room. Hospitality tray. Comfortable communal areas. Excellent breakfast. Staff could not do too much for you. Bus from airport stopped about 150m away, so easy to access. Would thoroughly recommend."

"A/C not working. Apparently shut off as to the time of the year and local ordinance? Bare bulb lamp, no shade. 4 hangers. Bathtub/ shower had mildew stains, drain plug laying on the side of the tub probably due to the fact that drain was very slow so we are standing in dirty water. Asked to change rooms which is being accommodated for days 2 & 3, haven’t seen that room yet. "

"To be honest, I am giving 5 stars for Linda in the bar and kitchen staff. She goes over board when my friends told her it is my birthday while me and friends are having a drink at the bar! The management I have been messaging to make it special for my birthday but done nothing even just a welcome sweets or card and didn’t even get back to my message! Linda made it happen anyway! So 5 stars for Linda! Keep up the good work! You are definitely a star!"

"Great location with amazing views of the sea and coastline and very close to the old town, botanic gardens and Villa Guilia. Our room was on 3rd floor with balcony. Large room with a huge bed, moden decor and a powerful shower. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were attentive. Highly recommended."
