"If you’re going from a cruise and get there early expect to wait several hours. The were very accommodating, letting us store luggage and use the pool while we wait. Several good restaurants within walking distance. The room was huge. The time we booked there was limited staff due to holiday. So things were slow and chaotic and the place was messy. But they did what they could."

"We have stayed here before but our return could be our last. The drain in the HCA shower was clogged so water ran out all across the tile floor and was quite miserable. i told the front desk and no real concern was registered or refund/consideration offered."

"We choose to stay at the Delaney hotel everytime we come to Orlando. We love staying here. The hotel is very well-maintained and the staff is always pleasant. We will stay here again next year."

"Everything was so new and clean. Rooms on the south side of the hotel had a lot of road noise."

"After our stay there was a $10.00 charge on our credit card. When I inquired about it with the hotel I was told it was to park our car. This wasn’t parking garage style parking just a parking lot. The issue isn’t the $10.00. It’s that we weren’t informed there would be the charge and I don’t remember ever being charged for parking if spending the night."

"Overall, good stay. I like that the hotel offers free shuttle to and from airport. I also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. The only thing I would try to work on is the breakfast food offered. The choices are not bad, however food was bland and the turkey sausage and eggs tasted like rubber and not appetizing."
