"Didn’t use the pool this time, front desk attendants really polite, restuarants buffet was outstanding, when ever I’m in Cebu I will stay here. Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds n pillows, outstanding really appreciate how they maintain this property. Thanks again Quest hotel cebu"

"The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near Mactan Cebu International Airport. The room was clean; I stayed in room 327, which is not soundproof. I could hear outside noise, especially aircraft noise. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have never experienced noise issues—only this time. The escalator was also out of order."

"We absolutely loved our stay. This is the kind of hotel-resort that has aged gracefully and we decided to keep coming back and bring our families as well! We miss it already! We stayed in the first room for half a day but it was warm. We were moved promptly after telling them it was warm and the AC could no longer make it colder. The room we moved to next was so much better. Thank you Shangri-la Mactan! You made our stay memorable! "

"the hotel was ok, but if I will comment, these hotel is good only when delegates or group meetings are held like weddings. not suited for family or guest of 2? why? the rooms are big but only 1 lounging chair available, no center table where you can eat, no dresser stool, no hair dryer, no iron, completely disgusted. i will not comment further more, thank you"

"I booked a premier city view but I was given a building view. When I called the front desk, I was told that that’s the only room available, and their city view is residential view. The bathroom is a complete disaster! The tub is extremely high and it’s only halfway covered, so water is all over the floor. Just have to be extra cautious when stepping out the tub. You can only plug in the iron where the coffee maker at, which doesn’t makes sense coz there’s no table to iron the clothes. "
