" They communicate well when it comes to airport transfer. We had to wait for over an hour for the driver to pick us up. I booked and paid online which I thought to be the best option if you don’t have a Philippine phone line. They should improve on this area. Pools were great but cleanliness on the property were not the best. "

Restaurants services were great. I really appreciate the help of Account Sales Manager that she go above & beyond to help us book a good deal for extended 1 night stay. We definitely comeback ."
