"Avoid this property. It's a zoo packed with noisy children. Not even a single pool for adults only. Everywhere you go it's noisy. Floors are slippery with no warning signs. I slipped and not a single one of the staff even came over to check ed if I was fine. Took an hour to check in. The only hotel we've been that we have to line up on everything. Long line up to check in, to go breakfast, only 2 elevators for the whole property? We end up taking stairs to the 6th floor since it's quicker than...

"The pool and restaurant staff are great and the food is top notch...the rooms are gross...huge dust bunnys...black stains on the walls...no hot water because the vent fan doesn't work...looks great on the outside but nasty nasty nasty on the inside...I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs."

"The hotel is ok. But The food and drinks is over priced, packed and some of the pool are not clean. And i need to call housekeeper to clean our room when we 1st arrived coz so dusty especially the floor."
