"The pool and restaurant staff are great and the food is top notch...the rooms are gross...huge dust bunnys...black stains on the walls...no hot water because the vent fan doesn't work...looks great on the outside but nasty nasty nasty on the inside...I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs."

"Our room is clean and spacious. Unfortunately, no enough toilet paper (no extra inside the bathroom), towels look old and my son had bed bugs bite. The staff who accommodate us at check out time is too slow to handle difficult task. The deposit money was lost and was not able to do immediate payment.
