"Rooms were very clean , our beds were very comfortable,did not have breakfast! We are not much of eating breakfast foods! The staff was really nice and friendly ! We would definitely return to this hotel!"

"A really unusual hotel with great design and full of vibrant color. Easy and reasonable parking right behind the hotel. Quick check-in with a pleasant staff. Wonderful bar and restaurant. My only suggestions are that the lighting is too dim to see to work your door key card and the interior light switches, and we found the breakfast service to be indifferent and our orders incorrect. A mandatory 20% tip might be why. I would definitely stay there again but have breakfast nearby."

"We had a great time at the Tru Hotel! It was newly remodeled building and we were welcomed by a friendly staff. Loved how nice and clean the room and bathroom was. One of the best hotel options in the area for parking. There was street parking after 4pm for free or a public parking lot across the street for $25 through the hotel. Also it was in close walking distance to the Inner Harbor and lots of great restaurants. Such a nice choice for a weekend getaway! We’ll definitely come back. "

"The man who checked us in was pleasant and kind. He had to deal with a man who was lingering outside the hotel & kept coming in. The area around the hotel didn't feel the safest. Our room was loud, we could hear music from the casino close by, doors constantly slamming and I don't know if it was a car backfiring or gun shots that we heard a few times. "Decent price for the stay. Centrally located. The water takes FOREVER to get hot, but does eventually get hot. Our room keys stopped working on day two of our stay?? So we went down to the front desk and the gentleman working the desk said nothing?? And just fixed them and handed them back? So thanks for fixing them but some sort of explanation wouldve been nice or assurance this wouldnt happen again since desk hours arent 24 hours and BOTH room keys were disabled? "Room was clean, towels looked new. Staff we interacted with were great. Parking with valet was a little challenging as front was full, and check-in a floor up was inconvenient. But, the price is great and location great."

"The location is downtown so there is no parking. valet parking is $45 per day but you can find cheaper parking for an extended time a short walk away down the block from the hotel. I did not use the valet cause I saw on other reviews that it would take a while. The room was clean. They did not service the room everyday just every other day, which I was okay with.
