"Staff were excellent. Accommodating. Pleasant and genuine their professional approach to customer care. Room in need of a touch up. Rug needs to be replaced. Beds comfortable and clean. Good location for my visit."

"Nice place but antiquated. The cost per night is high relative to other hotels in the area that are more up to date and closer to “things to do” which there will be additional walking if you intend to go out."

"We booked as the hotel was close to a light rail station. The reception staff were friendly but their English was limited. They said it was safe to walk to the station but the vibe of the area suggested otherwise. We had to pay a cash deposit for the room that was refunded when we left without any issues. The room was clean and comfortable but we were woken at 4am with a dispute in and around another room. There was shouting and banging on a door with a man demanding to be let back in. The convince of the station was not enough to off set the general location of the hotel."
