"I actually booked this stay for my son & his girlfriend. They have been there all week due to the ice storms & power outages in Nashville. I want to give a shout out to the front desk staff....they were fabulous and so helpful during their stay! Even though the hotel is a little dated.... it is clean, comfortable and has great customer service.. "

Walking distance to Opryland. Very good breakfast choice. Surprised 'Grits' was not an option. However, the hot oatmeal and topping bar more than made up. for the void...Regards"

"I stay in the 2-bedroom suite that has 3 beds. The remote check-in process was easy and convenient. The hotel management was very communicative and responsive. I had a question after arriving and received a response and solution within minutes. The room was clean and comfortable. There were 2 full bathrooms and one half bathroom. There were 3 showers which was nice. The room was a good value for the money. I would definitely stay there again."
