"It was beautiful and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even went to the trouble of replacing a pastry from a local bakery my nephew accidentally left behind when changing rooms. My only complaint was there were too many emails and text messages from both Expedia and the hotel. Probably 3-6 per day starting a couple of weeks prior to our trip!"

"Clean and located in Newport district, which is fantastic. Try the Mexican place, Cancun. Also, there’s a bus stop right out front that goes to Great American ballpark for Reds games every 15 mins."

"Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"We had a great overnight stay, just passing thru the area. The Inn is celebrating 100 years this year. We love staying in historic hotels. Very charming, safe neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. Very small refrigerator in room. Hidden television behind canvas painting in the room to keep with the historic charm. The shower was updated and never ran out of hot water. We checked in late at night and the woman working at the front desk was very nice and gave us recommendations around the...

"The hot tub didn’t work. I had to wait 30 mins to get help at the front desk. They never cleaned our room or gave us fresh towels."

"Tv remotes did not work well if at all. Breakfast was less that appealing. Everything was low and was not refilled in a timely manner."

"Our room was not clean when we arrived. For a hotel to charge for parking, you would think some of those funds would go to security, however we went out to find that 16 cars had been broken into the morning we left. No one from the hotel notified us, instead we met with police officers that were in the garage that informed us of what happened. We won't be back."

They stress it is a no party, no smoking hotel however we smelled marijuana the ENTIRE time we were there. The elevators were STRONG, and the top floor must be the pot floor"

"No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back...
