"Great location within 2 minute walking distance to the center of everything but far enough away from any noise. Professional, polite & curteous staff willing to assist with any need. Hotel Manager was great. Beautiful, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds and relaxing common space to relax. It’s a smaller hotel but well worth staying here. "Our garden room with terrace was lovely and spacious but the carpet had a few stains on it and a section of the carpet had started to fray. The staff were all very pleasant and very attentive. We stayed in March of this year when the weather was extremely hot but unfortunately the outdoor pool was not open. This did affect our stay as you could not sunbathe due to it being so hot and not being able to cool off in the pool. Breakfast each morning was excellent with a wide choice of cold and hot...

"Lovely hotel centrally located to the beach, shops and restaurants. Hotel and rooms are updated with stunning views. Rooftop area was a great place to enjoy the sun and views with a drink or cool off in the indoor pool. Breakfast offered was amazing with so many options. My only negative is the room sizes but I think this is typical for Europe. We needed to 2 rooms for our family of 4. At night it could be loud but it wasn’t an issue really. "

"Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"
