I requested a terrace/balcony, but we were put in the basement with no windows. We took a shower and checked into another room. It smelled musty and moldy. Checking in is chaotic, you’re on a main road with no parking and then they send you around the corner to an empty gravel parking lot.

Everything about this hotel apartment was great, great staff ,great rooms and a great property in general.Only things was the hot water on the lower floor is really inconsistent but it was not enough to spoil their property. 10/10

I was happily surprised with this place. This place is a hidden gem and my wife and I will definitely be back. The General Manager was the best and the night guard was awesome as well.

I fell in love with Patio Elba. It is absolutely beautiful and the staff was so welcoming and kind. The suite was spacious and clean! It was such a comfortable stay and I would definitely stay again! I am recommending this place to all. The one small issue we had was with the shower. The water does run out of the shower and into the rest of the bathroom. This is definitely an architectural problem. But even then the concierge was so helpful and brought us extra towels and checked the drainage. Besides that small issue, Patio Elba was AMAZING!❤️
