"I was staying at the hotel, as I was attending a wedding party in the XL centre. Firstly, I would like to say a massive thank you to Lauren who was there for my check in and check out. She was amazing!!! She even helped to take photos of me in my outfit, she was so friendly and lovely to speak to. It made my stay at the hotel super comfortable. "I had a wonderful stay! The room is wonderfully appointed, quite large and very cozy. I was thrilled at seeing it. I'm still thinking about the amazing claw foot tub! The food at the Bower House below is absolutely delicious and the staff are incredibly kind and service-oriented. I hope I get to stay here soon again. The downtown area that the restaurant and rooms are in is so charming with many shops, restaurants, etc. I loved my three night stay"
