"We had 2 rooms and both rooms were infested with roaches. One of our rooms smelled like cat pee and in the other room on one of beds our bed when there were some type of insect on the bed when we pulled back the blanket. The front desk just offered to spray our room with medicine and refused to cancel and give me a refund because it was after check out time."

"They want in to the room n stole my glasses n when ask about it they didn’t want to help at all wrong people ever"

"Need better breakfast everyone always gives pancakes if we had better breakfast we would of stayed longer and the sun is very hotel a cover over the pool to counteract that would be great to use all day but it’s hot couldn’t get in til 6 pm and on. The room needs to be requested to have the ac on also when you get there it doesn’t feel good coming from all that heat to have to wait for your room to get cold that’s what reservations are for it meant we were coming I wanted a cold room."

"It was musty; not enough wash cloths, wifi did not work. Hotel is too old, needs upgrades or remodeling. "
